The house is set back from the street among the tall pines for privacy
and is decorated for warmth and comfort. This is a great place for a family.
It is just a short walk from the Incline Village Center and the exclusive
guests and residents only picnic area and swimming pool at Burnt Cedar
Beach on the lake. The world famous ski resorts of Northstar, Squaw Valley,
Mt. Rose and Heavenly Valley are just a short drive away. It is also 10
minutes drive away from 4 Star-Dining and entertainment at the Hyatt Resort
at Incline.
A complete redecoration was just completed with new plush carpet, new
window coverings, better than new with fresh paint, new furniture, and
a brand new large screen TV.
The gourmet family kitchen is equipped with granite slab counter tops
and all new upgraded stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room
for the large family to all get in and help.
The great room has cathedral wood ceiling giving the "Old Tahoe"
feeling and a huge river rock wood burning fireplace to warm those tootsies
after a great day of skiing.
The huge master bedroom with a peek of the lake is conveniently located
off the main floor separate from the other bedrooms. It has a large 2
person jetted tub, separate stall shower, double sinks and a spacious
dressing area.
The fourth bedroom/office can be used as a separate TV activity room.
There is plenty of off street parking and a level spot for parking an
RV or boat.
